To all of our Comrades and Sisters in the 9th District
I have received a request by our National Commander-in-Chief Richard Eubank. He's requesting that if you hunt and don't save the antlers he would like them to use in his home coming next year. They can be brought to the February District meeting and I will ship them all at that time to his Department Headquarters.
