Dear Sisters of the 9th District,

District meeting was held in Durand. Attendance was a bit low but we really enjoyed having Department President Jan Meyer attend. Thank you to the Durand Auxiliary who made us feel very welcome.
Our next District meeting is at Six Lakes February 6. Floor work 9:30, audit 9:45 and meeting begins at 10:30. We will break for lunch and continue the meeting after. We will be having our Memorial at that time. Chaplains please be sure to send the names of your deceased sisters to the District Chaplain Julia Fyan, 416 N. Elizabeth St. Lyons, MI 48851
The District Voice of Democracy banquet has been changed to January 16 at St. Louis.

District 9 remains in last place. We are at 83%. We really do not have far to go to get to 90%. Just 200 more dues.
That is what both Jan and I need for our Night on the Town. Let’s give a big push to get our dues in by December 31st.

Mid-Winter Convention is coming right up. Thursday 1-28-10 Department hospitality room at 5:30
